Appointment of DCA Council Members Now Open

The Digital Collective Africa has been formed as a Non-Profit entity and is putting together a Council, whose role is to steer the governance of its actions towards fostering investment into African VC firms and tech entrepreneurs, particularly through the development of open-source resources (best practices, open data repository, research).

As we continue our journey towards fostering collaboration across the African Tech ecosystem, ensuring our leadership remains vibrant and representative of our diverse community is essential. With this in mind, we thank our current Council Members for serving and leading our mission. We are excited to announce the opening of nominations for new Council members for the Digital Collective Africa. The council will be composed of 12 representatives and play a crucial role in steering our collective towards our shared goals, shaping our initiatives, and representing the interests of our members.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about leveraging technology and investment for positive change in Africa and who bring diverse perspectives and expertise to the table. Note: For this new cycle - 4 of these seats are automatically reserved for the following standing partners and sponsors - FMO, AVCA, SACVA and AfricArena. 8 seats are therefore open for new Nominees.
